As of March 2020, we have all watched an unforeseen pandemic unfold right before our eyes and have become very aware of the severity of COVID-19 and how it has affected all of us in some way: physically, emotionally, or financially.

The safety of you and our team of Videographers are our main goal during this pandemic. We want you to know that we are here for you and will try our best to accommodate your needs. Due to local restrictions, illness, safety concerns, or any other issues that may arise that are out of our control due to COVID-19, we know this situation can be very stressful for you to plan around. Should you book us for your special day, and need to POSTPONE and RESCHEDULE, we will not charge any re-booking fees and will allow you to change and transfer your contractual agreement and payments towards the future rescheduled event date. Therefore, we really encourage staying up to date as the pandemic situation develops, and how it could affect your event date and possibly finding a new date, versus cancellation.

 

In times like this, we are all in this TOGETHER and we will get through this. We will continue to do what we can to be there for you in the safest way possible. In the meantime, please wash your hands as often as you can, avoid touching your face, nose, and mouth, and continue to practice social distancing.
